• Each lawn customer will be assigned their designated cutting day of the week. 
• Emergencies do occur. If we can not make it to our assigned appointment the customer will contacted.

Your pets safety is of our concern. All recurring customers that have pets that go outside must have a FULLY functional gate latch on all exits of any area that must be entered by our employees to service your property.  

If any customer wants to cancel their scheduled appointment we (Proper Yardworks) must be notified in advance. At the latest by 12 am midnight the night before.

• Proper Yardworks prioritizes Health and Safety. Each worksite will have at least one first aid certified employee. ALL company trucks will be equipped with a first aid kit, eye wash, and a fire extinguisher. Employees will be supplied masks, safety glasses and earplugs. 
• Equipment is inspected daily

Proper Yardworks is always trying to cut back on our environmental impact. 

• City supplied green bins are appreciated and help us cut back on plastic waste 
• Our equipment is filled up on company trailers to avoid accidental spills    

• Employees are required to wear CSA approved steel toe boots. 
• Eyewear is required when running equipment
