Customer Service Policy

All inquiries will be answered within 48 hours

Appointment and Scheduling Policies

Each lawn customer will be assigned their designated cutting day of the week.
Emergencies do occur. If we can not make it to our assigned appointment the customer will be notified by call.

Pet Waste and Toy/Debris pick up Policy

Any customers with an unacceptable amount (more than one) of pet waste on their designated day will be given a warning. If the problem continues the customers lawn will be skipped for that week and billed in full.

Pets and Gate Policy

Your pets safety is of our concern. All recurring customers that have pets that go outside must have a FULLY functional gate latch on all exits of any area that must be entered by our employees to service your property.

Cancellation Policy

If any customer wants to cancel their scheduled appointment we (Proper Yardworks) must be notified in advance. At the latest by 12 am midnight the night before.

Rain Delay

Some days we do get rained out. But expect to see us the following day or until things have been caught up.

Health and Safety

Proper Yardworks prioritizes Health and Safety. Each worksite will have at least one first aid certified employee. ALL company trucks will be equipped with a first aid kit, eye wash, and a fire extinguisher. Employees will be supplied masks, safety glasses and earplugs.

Proper Yardworks is always trying to cut back on our environmental impact.

City supplied green bins are appreciated and help us cut back on plastic waste
Our equipment is filled up on company trailers to avoid accidental spills
